What We Offer
Healing for Gaza provides trauma-informed, culturally grounded mental health support for children, families, caregivers, and frontline workers affected by the war in Gaza. Our services combine clinical care, community-based healing, and specialised training to support people living with the psychological impact of ongoing war, displacement, grief, and loss.

01. Individual Psychotherapy
Healing for Gaza offers confidential one-to-one trauma therapy for children, adolescents, adults, caregivers, and frontline workers affected by Gaza.
Our clinicians draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, including trauma-informed psychotherapy, EMDR, somatic practices, breathwork, and culturally sensitive care where appropriate. Sessions are designed to help patients process grief, fear, displacement, loss, and ongoing stress at a pace that feels safe.
Every session is a space to be heard, supported, and met with dignity.

02. Psychiatric Care
For patients who may need additional clinical support, Healing for Gaza offers psychiatric assessment and medication management where appropriate.
Psychiatric care is integrated carefully into the wider therapy journey, with attention to each patient’s emotional, cultural, family, and medical context. The aim is not only symptom management, but safer, more coordinated care for people living with complex and ongoing trauma.
Psychiatric care is offered as part of a thoughtful, trauma-informed care plan.
03. Community Healing
Healing does not only happen in individual therapy. Healing for Gaza also offers community-based support through in-person missions, healing circles, expressive therapies, play-based activities, parent-child bonding sessions, and tailored workshops for women, men, children, and families.
These spaces help people reconnect with themselves and others, reduce isolation, and experience moments of safety, expression, and belonging.
Community healing creates space for connection, resilience, and collective care.

04. Specialised Training
Healing for Gaza trains clinicians, interpreters, NGO staff, and frontline responders to provide care that is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and safe.
Training topics include war trauma, the neuroscience of trauma, self-regulation, self-care, clinical sensitivity, working with interpreters, and supporting people affected by grief, displacement, violence, and ongoing crisis.
Training is part of safe care: it helps those offering support do so with humility, skill, and respect.
